Not very good from beginning to end! They offer some good deals BUT the website is so basic, it's frustrating! Their order statuses are ridiculous - It says "contact us" so you ring and are kept on hold for 20 minutes only to be told they didn't need to speak to you! The item I ordered was faulty & it took them 6 days to collect it and a further 17 days to refund my money. I'll choose VERY over grattan every time from now on!
